We needed a window turned in a small space of time while also being affordable and good quality... called so many places and most had a 6-8 week turnaround time. Got onto these guys and they said they could get it done in two weeks and were cheaper than everyone else. We picked up the window from the factory and it was perfect and flawless. The Active Windows sales team were fantastic. I emailed them after discovering that my usual supplier for window caselocks had closed, and I was trying to find out who stocked them. They responded very quickly and made the process easy by arranging for me to pick them up from their Dandenong South location.
